Siphon coffee maker how it works
- First, pour the water into the lower bowl of the device. Then turn on the burner of the heat source located under the device to heat the water a little.
- Close the seal of upper chamber.
- Grind the coffee beans moderately.
- Tighten the upper chamber in place and increase the heat until the water reaches boiling point.
- When the water reaches the boiling point, it passes through the filter and enters the upper chamber, and a small amount of it remains in the lower bowl. At this stage, gently add the coffee powder to the water and stir it until the mixture is smooth.
- Then turn down the heat and stir the coffee and water mixture again.
- After one and a half to two minutes, turn off the heat.
- After turning of the heat, the coffee slowly passes through the filter and enters the lower chamber.
- This process takes about 3 minutes.
- After the coffee is completely poured in to the lower bowl, remove the upper chamber.
- Serve the coffee and pour in to the cup.
